The Founding
Story
Founded in 2014, REMAX Capital was born from a shared vision among four friends; a seasoned entrepreneur, real estate broker, banker, and lawyer, who aimed to elevate the standards of the Philippine real estate industry. Through a franchise agreement with RE MAX Philippines and the incorporation of Conquer and Capitalize Inc. on January 9, 2014, REMAX Capital officially began its journey toward real estate excellence.
From its first office in Movenue, Makati in 2015, REMAX Capital steadily expanded, moving to Rockwell, Makati in 2017, merging with Think Rich Pinoy in 2019, and continuing to grow its presence across Metro Manila. Today, with offices in Rockwell Makati, One Park Drive BGC, Hoover San Juan, and Madrigal Business Park Alabang, the company is home to 100 PRC-licensed and accredited agents.
As Chairman Kerwin Mark Yu reflects, the focus shifted from simply driving sales to building a more holistic environment that prioritizes agent growth, development, and long term success.
