Screening & Interview

Our HR team will review your application and schedule a panel interview.
Contract Review & Approval

The Independent Contractor Agreement (ICA) will be drafted by HR officer and reviewed by the Operations Manager and Team Leader.
Contract Signing & Requirements Submission

Once approved, the HR Officer will email the ICA and a list of requirements. Review, sign, and submit the documents in person.
Onboarding & Integration

After completing all requirements, you'll attend an onboarding session and be added to REMAX Capital databases, websites, and communication groups before being officially welcomed in our Announcements Group.
